Ciro Palumbo was born in Zurich in 1965. His artistic career is rich and polyedric and he draws his inspiration from the Metaphysics School of G. De Chirico and A. Savarino to try and reinvent their foundations with a very personal and original interpretation. His works are a strong combination of dreamlike symbols and phantasmagorical settings. The artist has over one hundred exhibitions to his name starting from 1994. In recognition of his efforts he is shown at “Fondazione Credito Bergamasco” and “Civica Galleria d’Arte Moderna G. Sciortino” in Monreal (PA); furthermore Palumbo participated in the 54th Biennale of Venice, in the Piedmont pavilion. He currently lives and works in Turin.
